Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. The QualityTechnician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality and technical management.
  • Proficiency in machinery and equipment related to manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge and experience in auto parts and accessories manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), specifically Hexagon machine, for precision measurement and quality control purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update the company's IQC inspection rules, IPQC inspection rules, QA inspection rules, and inspection plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Examine and approve all IQC, PQC, QA inspection reports, and quality analysis reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  • Organize the evaluation of major non-conforming products, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct quality cost analysis and implement strategies to control and minimize quality-related expenses.
  • Handle major customer complaints and quality incidents, leading investigations, and implementing corrective actions to address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Drive the overall development of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities to continuously improve product quality and processes.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve the quality and environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the system and establish a robust measurement management system.
  • Develop and deliver quality management training and ISO management system training to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff members across the organization
